Website Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions set out below apply to all transactions on this website. Please read them carefully as using the website and placing orders from it indicates acceptance of them.

1 Your order is classed as accepted only when it has been dispatched, unless we have previously informed you that we do not accept you order or you have cancelled it. Your order may not be accepted if: the item is unavailable, your payment is not authorised, we have reason to believe the transaction is fraudulent or suspicious or if a product is priced or described wrongly.

2  All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you of this and your options as soon as possible. You will not be charged if goods are unavailable.

3 We have made  and will continue to make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, due to the limits of digital photography and as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. However we do offer a guarantee should you not be happy. See our Returns Policy section.

4 In addition to our guarantee you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 days of delivery as set out in the UK's Distance Selling Regulations. For the conditions that apply see our Returns Policy section.

5 Prices are displayed and payments are made in Pounds Sterling.  Any Exchange rates shown are intended for guidance only and conversions are made by our credit card processing bank's prevailing rate at the time the payment is taken from your card.

6 Whilst we endeavour to provide accurate prices and descriptions, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of the goods you have ordered we will notify you and give you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order.

7 Acceptance of delivery will require a signature by an adult over the age of 18.

8 Every effort is made to deliver your goods within the estimated time scales. From time to time delays may occur. We are not liable for any failed or late deliveries.

9 Deliveries outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any additional charges that may be imposed.

10 Our credit card processing bank carries out rigorous security checks on all credit and debit card transaction. Should they inform us that an order is suspicious or that the details provided do not match the details held by the card issuing bank, we reserve the right to refuse it.

11 From time to time we may e-mail or send you promotional offers.  Promotion Codes tell us which promotion or special offer you are entitled to claim with your order. The order code is for you personally and remains the property of the company at all times. Unless otherwise stated order codes can be used once only. If you place more than one order using the same order code, only your first order will be accepted.

12 Little Kids Boutique makes every effort to ensure that this site is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any sites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. Little Kids Boutique is not liable for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

13 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur through your account. Little Kids Boutique will not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of failure by you to protect your password or account.

14 We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and credit card secure. However, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to your information, unless we are negligent.

15 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

16 The contract between us shall be governed by the Law of England.

17 If any one or more of these terms shall be found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
