Returns Policy.

We hope you will be more than satisfied with your clothes or toy order, however if you wish to return your goods please ensure you contact us as soon as possible for instructions and return the item(s) immediately.

Please return your goods with the original order number.

Please ensure all items are returned in the original packaging with labels and they are in the same condition as when received.

All returns must be made within 14 days of dispatch.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we recommend you send the goods via recorded post to cover the cost of any mishaps.

If the items are faulty please return them as above and with a receipt for the postage costs and we will happily refund this to you as well.

Please clearly indicate what action you require us to take i.e exchange, refund or replace.

All refunds will be made only to the original Credit/ Debit card used to purchase the goods.
